In 2018, the BBC's Biggest Weekend was the largest multi-site event the BBC has ever hosted and was a huge technical undertaking, My role focused on finding a way of live editing 12 stages across four different UK locations, ensuring that the technical infrastructure was robust and reliable while facilitating seamless live broadcasts for our online audience.

Our final plan involved fine-tuning and enhancing our systems and workflows, scheduling and looking after a team of over 100 people and ensuring. agile responses to the fast-paced environment of a live music event.
