At the Mozilla Festival's in-person events, my role was centered on managing the technical setup, ensuring that each workshop, keynote, and panel discussion ran as smoothly as possible. My responsibilities included overseeing the audio-visual elements, addressing real-time technical challenges, and collaborating the wider organisation to ensure a smooth and interactive event.

In addition to this hands-on role, from July 2018 to June 2020 as Senior Production Coordinator, I led the development and management of an international bidding process for selecting new host cities for the Mozilla Festival. This included assessing potential locations based on their ability to meet the festival's production, travel, and hospitality needs.
